Overview

Customer Service & Support is seeking a highly motivated individual with project-based experience in to fill the position of Project Management Coordinator. The candidate will be primarily responsible for coordinating all aspects of each project and providing guidance and communication to the customer prior to execution. This position requires 3+ years of MHE and a minimum of 1 year in project coordinating/project management.

Responsibilities

  • Complete admin work on new projects when PO is received.
  • Plan project execution
  • Complete requisitions for equipment/parts
  • Procure equipment for awarded projects
  • Ensure order accuracy prior to mobilization (Inventory)
  • Arrange logistics for equip/parts prior to project start
  • Track schedule and budget for each project
  • Responsible for notifying accounting when project milestones are achieved
  • Create and maintain project records
  • Main POC for communication between customer and S&H
  • Maintain punch list document and track completion through onsite personnel
  • Travel to site, as needed, to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Anything deemed necessary by management

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • Minimum: High School Diploma
  • Pererred: PMP (Achievable in first year)
  • Experience with Microsoft office tools.
  • 3+ years of MHE
  • Knowledge of NetSuite ERP system
  • Travel 25-30% of the time
  • Time Management (Project Based)
  • Complex Problem Solving
